Ethics
- Our Code of Ethics has been designed to clarify gray areas or questions employees may have concerning organizational values and expectations as well as will help build trust and commitment. It provides direction to employees and establishes a public image of good behavior, which is intended to benefit any business. Ethics guidelines attempt to provide guidance about values and choices, conduct regulations, which then assert the appropriateness of such decisions.
- This Code of Ethics reflects the covenant that AIICAC has made to uphold its most important values, its commitment to employees, its standards of doing business, and its relationship with the community. No code in an organization stands alone without the pledge of its employees. The newly defined core values and code of ethics are key elements in a broader effort to make ethics a priority at our organization.
